In August 2025, Gail facilitated an interactive Board of Directors Planning Retreat for the Henry County Public Schools Foundation to bridge the gap between their current impact and a transformative three-year vision. Using a SOAR analysis (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results) and a “Practical Vision” framework, Gail guided the board and staff through a process of deep reflection and prioritization. The engagement resulted in the creation of specific SMART goals across four critical pillars: Community Engagement, Resource Development, Programs & Partnerships, and Board Development. This retreat fostered shared ownership and provided the foundation with a clear, actionable roadmap for the upcoming year.
